We believe that transparency around fees and insurance helps reduce stress and allows you to focus on your growth and well being. Below is general information about payment options at Strong Hope Counseling Center.
INSURANCE
Strong Hope Counseling Center works with a variety of insurance plans. Coverage varies by provider and individual plan, so we encourage clients to verify benefits directly with their insurance company.
If you plan to use insurance, we recommend confirming:
- Mental health coverage details
- Copay or coinsurance amounts
- Deductible requirements
- Session limits or authorization requirements
We are happy to provide information to help you understand how insurance may apply to services.
SELF PAY AND PRIVATE PAY
We offer self pay options for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance is not accepted.
Self pay can offer greater flexibility and privacy, as insurance companies are not involved in treatment decisions or documentation.
Current self pay rates will be shared during scheduling or upon request. We can put a link to the self pay rates page you mentioned if we decide to publish here.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Accepted forms of payment may include credit or debit cards and other electronic payment methods.
Additional details regarding cancellations, late fees, and payment policies will be reviewed during the intake process.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
Clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Jacob – Link to the Good Faith estimat page here Estimate of expected costs. This estimate can be requested before scheduling services or at any time during care.
