- Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC)
“Change happens in relationships where you feel safe, known, and empowered.”
With more than 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups, Michelle brings a warm, grounded, and relational approach to therapy. Her professional background includes marriage coaching, leading therapeutic and personal growth groups, facilitating retreats from a faith-based spirituality, and most recently supporting clients through life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma recovery, and identity development.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her work is rooted in an integrative, whole-person approach that honors the connection between mind, body, relationships, and lived experience. She is especially passionate about helping clients move beyond survival patterns toward greater emotional awareness, authenticity, resilience, and meaningful connection.
Drawing from trauma-informed and relational frameworks, Michelle creates a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing process. Her style is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply attuned to the unique story each person brings.
Outside of her clinical work, Michelle enjoys creative arts and design, yoga, and spending time with her husband and dog hiking in the mountains, going to concerts or a quiet cup of coffee on her deck. These interests continue to shape her appreciation for creativity, grounding, reflection, and the restorative power of nature.
