Hello! I am LeeAnn Lofstrom, and I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Intern presently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bellevue University. I share my life with my husband and our four boys, two dogs, and a bird. I have a background in exercise physiology and have always enjoyed helping people become the best version of themself.
I believe that every individual has a story worth telling, and as all good stories go, they are never without a challenge or problem that drives the plot in unexpected directions. I enjoy helping individuals navigate their story and learn the tools necessary to achieve their goals.
To achieve your goals, it is essential to establish a secure, authentic, and non-judgmental relationship. I have developed my skills through an Adlerian therapy approach. This approach focuses on future goals and life purpose, addressing lifestyle, sense of belonging, and thought patterns to help you build a healthier, more fulfilling life. I have experience with ADHD, relationships (couples, parenting, friends, and co-workers), life stresses and transitions, anxiety, career stress, and spirituality. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy interventions. I want to work with you to explore the most beneficial therapeutic methods to keep you grounded and confidently navigate the story you are in.
