Hello! My name is Kyle, and I am a marriage and family therapist, so honored to be working with individuals, couples and families in our lovely Fort Collins community. As a therapist, I really value authenticity and am here to help you feel confident and comfortable in being your true, authentic self! I take a trauma-informed, systemic approach, and I strive to meet people in the contexts of their histories, relationships, and experiences. I want to help you
explore how these experiences have been impactful and help empower you in your desire for change.

One of the most important parts of therapy is the relationship between you and I! I deeply
value personal connection and take joy in getting to know and connect with those I work with. It is my priority throughout our work together that you feel seen, heard, and supported in your true authentic self within the context of your world! I use an active, engaged, and warm approach to help you feel safe and supported.

I primarily utilize techniques from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Gottman therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
